Performance Multi-Family High-Efficiency Fan Coil
This high-efficiency multi 5-speed fan coil is designed for vertical applications and installation in tight spaces. It works with outdoor units to deliver high-efficiency operation and more comfort options.

Fan Speed
Fan speed controls the airflow across the coil, affecting the rate of heat exchange and ensuring the desired indoor temperature and comfort level are maintained efficiently.
Operation
A single-stage unit operates at full capacity when on, a two-stage unit has two levels of operation (low for mild heating needs and high for maximum heating), and a modulating unit continuously adjusts its output to match the precise heating demands, offering more efficient and consistent temperature control.
Capacity
The amount of heat a unit can absorb from the air in a given period of time. It is measured in tons, with one ton equaling 12,000 BTUs.
Refrigerant
Refrigerant absorbs heat from indoor air in the evaporator coil and releases it outside through the condenser coil, enabling the cooling process.
