Heating capacity
Heating capacity for a furnace refers to the amount of heat a furnace can produce to warm a space, measured in British Thermal Units per hour (BTUh).
Operation
A single-stage unit operates at full capacity when on, a two-stage unit has two levels of operation (low for mild heating needs and high for maximum heating), and a modulating unit continuously adjusts its output to match the precise heating demands, offering more efficient and consistent temperature control.

Limited warranty period is 5 years for parts and 20 years for heat exchanger if not registered within 90 days of installation.
